These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and hawkph ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hawkph website located at https://hawkph.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by hawkph (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using the hawkph Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and close any account you may have created.

By creating an account with hawkph, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using our Service, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and hawkph regarding your use of the Service.

hawkph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the hawkph website. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register for and use the hawkph Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Service.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database or banned player list maintained by hawkph, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by hawkph. You must provide your legal name exactly as it appears on government-issued identification, a valid email address, a working mobile phone number, your complete residential address within the Philippines, your date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested for verification purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that hawkph may require you to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID) and other documentation to verify your identity, age, and address before permitting you to deposit funds, place wagers, or withdraw winnings. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to notify hawkph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. hawkph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may only maintain one (1) account with hawkph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false names or information, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

hawkph accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and others), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hawkph account are legally obtained and belong to you. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, funds belonging to third parties without proper authorization, or funds intended for money laundering or other illicit purposes. hawkph reserves the right to refuse any deposit, return any deposited funds, and close any account if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification procedures and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and any additional verification requirements.

hawkph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal methods may differ from deposit methods, and hawkph reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal method based on our payment processing policies and anti-money laundering requirements.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hawkph may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered. These specific terms and conditions supplement and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements typically range from twenty (20) to forty (40) times the bonus amount, though specific requirements will be clearly disclosed for each promotion.

hawkph reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from participating in bonuses or promotions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game offered on the hawkph platform. The use of automated betting systems, bots, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, or any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. hawkph reserves the right to void any wagers, withhold winnings, and close accounts engaged in unfair play or fraudulent activity.

5.2 Game Results

All game results on hawkph are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, etc.). Game results are final and binding once the game round is complete. hawkph will only reverse or adjust game results in cases of clear technical error or malfunction, as determined by hawkph in its sole discretion.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hawkph platform:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place wagers or access the Service
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent or manipulative betting practices
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any hawkph software
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code to the hawkph platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or hawkph staff members
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hawkph platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the Service, is the property of hawkph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or software obtained from the hawkph platform without prior written consent from hawkph.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hawkph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

hawkph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your hawkph account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Responsible Gaming

hawkph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. 9. Account Closure and Suspension

hawkph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, failure to provide requested verification documents, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hawkph customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the player following completion of any required verification procedures and deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to hawkph.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the hawkph Service shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law. You agree to first contact hawkph customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hawkph regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

The failure of hawkph to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by hawkph of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without the prior written consent of hawkph. hawkph may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without notice or consent.
